The hotel is very located close to the Boardwalk which was found to be very convenient by the guests. The ocean Bowl Skate Park is ten minutes’ walk away. Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, Midway Shopping Center, Trimper’s Rides and oceanic Fishing Pier are all within 15 minutes from the hotel. Guests could easily go to the ocean as it was very close by as well.
The staff members were friendly and helpful. Any concerns expressed by the guests were addressed with promptness and enthusiasm. They were very informative and didn’t mind filling in the guests about the places to eat and local places of interest.
The air conditioner was not noisy at all. It made the room cool and comfortable. Guests traveling with their pets found this place to be reasonably good as the charges were also nominal.
Wi-Fi connection was very bad as it kept disconnecting time and again. Guests were of the opinion that having a free Wi-Fi was of no use if it was non-functional. The sister company’s Wi-Fi was also not functional throughout the stay of many guests.
Pillows were too flat for the comfort of many guests. They had to put two pillows together to make one good pillow. Beds were also very hard, which made it very difficult for the guests to get a comfortable sleep. It was suggested that changing the mattresses would solve the problem.
Rooms were not very well-maintained and had a musty smell to them. Bathrooms had broken and missing tiles, window and towel racks. Soap and shampoo had a bad smell as per many guests.
