Most guests who have stayed here feel that the rooms are spacious, comfortable and incredibly clean. Rooms have a good layout, and there is plenty of storage. Guests love the views over the city or the river.

Staff here are said to consistently go over and above to ensure that guests staying at this accommodation have a brilliant stay. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and all staff, from front desk to housekeeping are friendly and welcoming.

Guests have been surprised to find that the cost of car parking here is much higher than they anticipated. You may be able to find cheaper parking nearby, but that would inevitably result in a longer walk to the hotel.

This hotel is not cheap, and feedback from some guests who have stayed here is that they would have liked to see some added extras that would've made them feel that their stay here was worth the high price.

Corridors here are said to be dark and gloomy, with limited lighting. Guests felt that a touch of lighter paint would have made it a slightly more inviting environment.
