The views of the city, especially in the evening, will be unforgettable. Il Terrazzo serves modern but authentic Italian food, fresh seasonal fare, and hand-crafted artisan breads. Guests with restrictive diets will appreciate individual dietary menus. Relish Burger Bistro presents creative twists on American classics and has one of the largest Tequila collections in Arizona.

There's lots to do at the Phoenician. The hotel has its own golf course and ten tennis courts with lessons available for both. There is a well-equipped modern fitness center. The Spa offers a full service menu and has 24 treatment rooms. If you're looking to just lounge or hang out with friends, don't miss the outdoor patio with a fire pit. Or play table games, like foosball, pool, and ping pong, in the recreation room. Bicycle rentals are also available and are complimentary for two hours as part of the resort fee.

The staff treats you like royalty from the moment you step out of the car. They are attentive, eager to help and hoping to leave you with a most welcoming impression. The concierge is knowledgeable and can effortlessly arrange any tours or reservations.

While most guests have had no complains, a few did say that their rooms were in need of an upgrade. The older rooms typically had a musty smell and a dated appearance.

Though the staff is generally attentive, the service pool-side has been reported to be quite slow. Housekeeping also does not keep up with hallway cleanup. Dishes from room service orders were often left out all day.

The hotel advertises gorgeous views from the rooms but a few do not have such a memorable one. Inquire upon reservation ot at check-in if this is important to you.
