Guests couldn’t have been any happier with the location of the motel. Of course they were happy it was right on the beach, that goes without saying, but many also commented on other nearby amenities, including restaurants, bars and clubs. It seems that both those after a beach break and some Jersey Shore nightlife were quite happy.
Too many guests to mention explained that they booked at this property due to the very reasonable rates compared to others in Cape May. On the whole, most were satisfied with the standard of the accommodation, so together with the great beachfront position this caused them to conclude they had received good value for money.

While the motel is indeed right on the coastal road, the design of the building is such that the vast majority of rooms do not have direct sea views. This upset some guests who were expecting, or at the very least hoping, that they would have a sea view from their room since they were located on the coast.
A number of guests mentioned that the check in/out times were very strictly enforced - in the minds of some guests in an unprofessional manner. Guests were made to feel unwelcome simply for being on the property at all before the official check in time or after the check out time.
Quite a number of guests found the room décor to be very drab. It seems that there really was nothing to catch the eye or add some interest.
