Some of California's most famous landmarks are just a short drive away from the hotel and guests also found it very convenient being close to the shopping mall and numerous local bars and restaurants. If you like the idea of being able to walk to the shops and tourist attractions then you'll certainly appreciate this hotel's location.
Many of the guests were complimentary about the staff at the hotel often mentioning them by name. The front desk personnel were described as friendly and made the guests feel welcome upon their arrival whilst those who approached the staff with specific issues said that they dealt with them quickly and effectively.
The outdoor- pool was described as quite small and some guests also reported that there were too few loungers and chairs available at the pool side. Due to its size and the fact that the area by the pool was often crowded, many chose to swim at the local beaches.
One side of the hotel overlooks the freeway and guests whose rooms were looking out onto the busy road objected to traffic noise and said that they were reluctant to open their windows especially in the evenings.
Some guests experienced problems when parking their cars due to the rather tight and narrow spaces and also objected to the charges which they described as quite steep.
