positive:
The staff is fabulous
The fabulous staff is warm and welcoming. There's nothing they won't do to make you feel at home. Their extensive knowledge of the area is great because they can easily point you in the direction of places to dine, drink and shop as well as the must-see sights this area has to offer.
positive:
A room with a view
Some of the guest rooms boast spectacular views of the sea and the mountains that stretch in the distance. You'll want to ask for this view, otherwise, you may end up wit a view of the car park, which is far less majestic.
Negative Reviews
negative:
The Wi-Fi is spotty
The Wi-Fi in the guest rooms is spotty and inconsistent, which could be problematic if you are travelling on business or trying to get an email out in a hurry. If this is the case, you may want to re-locate to the public spaces where the Wi-Fi is spot on.
negative:
The water pressure isn't always great
The water pressure in the showers can vary and often it is not very strong. This could be problematic if you prefer a shower with a hard stream of water.
negative:
The fitness centre is dated
The firness centre seems dated as the sauna, Jacuzzi and workout equipment is beginning to show its age.
