All the apartments are decorated tastefully as well as equipped with necessary equipments. Guests can prepare their own meals in the open-plan kitchen that includes a four-hob electric stove and an all-wood counter top. Guests loved the beautiful panoramic views of the pool from the furnished balcony. It also features lots of wardrobe space and drawers in the bedroom and living room.
Guests enjoyed the multitude of activities that the apartment hotel had to offer. This included massage, sauna, spa, fitness centre and an indoor heated pool. The reading lounge and game room with a snooker table was a hit among the guests. Guests were relieved to find secure and more than enough parking space under the hotel.
The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was close to many shops, a beach, malls and restaurants. Kids had a good time at the Slide & Splash Park, which was only five miles away. Portimão Centre is only a ten minute walk from the hotel.
Pools were not clean and well-maintained. Few guests saw hair floating on the water with scummy greasy water on the sides. They had upset tummies after a swim in the pool.
Guests were slightly disappointed to find that they had to pay for the Wi-Fi and it was accessible to only one user at a time. Some of the guests could not connect properly to the Wi-Fi even after paying for the same as the connection was very weak.
Many guests could not tolerate the smell of rotten eggs like sulfuric smell that was floating around the hotel building every morning. Service in the restaurant was at a snail's pace, which left many guests irritated.
