Previous guests who stayed at the hotel raved about the views from their rooms. Guests commented that the views were beautiful and relaxing and that they were definately the best part of their vacation.

The hotel is on the Esplanade in Mooloolaba and many guests liked that they could leave the car at the hotel and easily walk across the road to the beach or down the street to close by restaurants and bars. There is a supermarket a short distance from the hotel, which guests found handy.

Those guests travelling with their children or in larger family groups left positive reviews about the hotel which they said had ample space in the rooms and great amenities for a reasonable price. The kids especially like the pool and parents seemed happy that they were amused for hours.

Guests who were not satisfied with their stay at the hotel left reviews cateloguing less than ideal experiences, common complaints inlcluded constantly being locked out of their rooms when key cards malfunctioned, exposed electrical wires, broken air conditioning units and hard beds.

Guests were not happy to find a build up of mould in the bathrooms in their rooms and wrote less than positive reviews about the cleaning services. Guests also suggested that housekeeping pay more attention to detail when cleaning units as they found a build up of soap scum and some found evidence of previous guests on arrival.

Guests who have an eye for detail left comments about the age of the furnishings in the rooms with comments suggesting that if the hotel invested in a bit of an upgrade to the decor and styling of the hotel, than it would have gotten a better rating from reviewers.
