Guests raved about the panoramic and expansive views that they enjoyed from their balconies. Relaxing on the balcony with a beverage, was definitely a favourite past time for visitors who stayed here.

Guests liked that the hotel was very close to local shops and only a short stroll to restaurants and bars. Downtown Toronto is only a ten minute walk from the hotel according to guests and there is also a supermarket just around the corner.

Guests commented that the parking at the hotel was very easy to navigate and for many leaving the car and hopping onto a trolley at one of the nearby trolley stops was a highlight, as they could park the car once and explore the city easily.

Guests were a disappointed that the hotel did not provide any extra amenity beyond the room furnishings. Guests complained that the hotel did not have soap or any other toiletries which they could use during their stay and guests were annoyed that they had to go and buy their own.

Guests who were expecting spacious luxury did not leave positive comments about the hotel with some saying that they felt that it was not as advertised, was smaller than expected and that the rooms were in need of a deep clean.

Guests were not impressed by the standard of cleaning of the balconies or of the furniture in the outdoor spaces. Guests suggested that management could focus on these areas more to ensure they were cleaned to a better standard.
