Guests rave about the hotel's location in a high-end shopping district, close to many fine restaurants, a supermarket, and the Louise metro/tram station. Many of the city's museums are about 10 minutes away on foot, and Grand-Place is a 20-minute walk through very beautiful old streets. The Brussels-Midi train station is also within walking distance.

Guests frequently describe the rooms as spacious and tastefully decorated in a fresh, modern style. The kitchenettes are cosy but functional, with everything necessary to cook and dine in, and the layout of the bathrooms is convenient for families or groups of friends, though some note that a second sink in the separate toilet cubicle would be a plus. International guests like that there are English channels on television.

Most guests are pleased to report a warm welcome and helpful, professional customer service from the reception team. The complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby are also much appreciated, too.

Guests who stay in the summertime are dismayed to find the hotel is not air-conditioned, and opening the windows lets in too much street noise for some, particularly from the neighbouring bar.

Wi-Fi signal strength is a bit uneven throughout the building, with some guests describing it as speedy and others as unusable. There is a limit of one device per person, too.

Some guests are let down by the "dusty" condition of the rooms upon arrival while others are disappointed that daily housekeeping is not included in the room rate.
