Negative Reviews
negative:
Non-existent or ineffective air con.
The air conditioning at this hotel isn't the best, and according to guests, some units don't have any air con at all. Other guests who have had it complain about it being very noisy and not great at cooling the room. There are ceiling fans, but they don't cool the room down as much as you might like.
negative:
The cleaning is sporadic.
Housekeeping comes round only every few days, and guests have found little provision for things like clean towels between formal cleaning days. This might not be such an issue in a condo-style complex were it not for the fact that the hotel imposes a cleaning fee on top of the room rate.
negative:
The service is sometimes abrupt.
Guests have complained that the customer service at this hotel isn't always the best. Generally, you're left to your own devices, which is fine most of the time, but if you have a problem or a question, some guests have said that the staff is not all that helpful.
