Great Location for Touring the City
The hotel location is within convenient walking distance to the city centre. There is also a bus station nearby with plenty of bars and restaurants, and the Quai Claude Bernard is just a few minutes walk away as well. If you enjoy taking pleasant strolls you will find this location rather pleasurable.

This Could Work for Longer Stays
If you plan on staying for an extended time in Lyon, the hotel rooms are a great substitute for a mini-apartment.

Get Ready to Plug Your Ears and Sweat
There is basically no air conditioning. You will have to keep the windows open, which means plenty of noise. The streets near the hotel are vivacious with people yelling and plenty of traffic noise until the early morning hours. The first floor gets most of the noise while the sixth floor room will cook you.
negative:
Internet Access Is Unreliable
The Wi-Fi is not dependable. You have to continuously login and the signal is weak.

Parking Can Be Tricky
The hotel parking situation is uncomfortable, especially if your car is larger than a moped! You have to have the skills of a professional driver to squeeze into the parking spaces. Then you have to struggle to open your door and to get out of your vehicle as well. In addition, parking on the street is not possible for more than several hours, and the underground parking is quite expensive as well.
