Positive Reviews
positive:
Amazing views from hotel
The rooms offer a great view of the Tokyo skyline as well as
the gardens below. If you want an even better view, request a room in the
higher floors. Some of the rooms also have a view of the gorgeous pool, which
is well-maintained.
positive:
Shuttle bus makes it convenient
The hotel provides a shuttle bus that runs between the hotel and the rail station. Guests found this easy and very useful.
positive:
Spacious hotel rooms compared with others
Several guests noted that the hotel rooms had ample space, unlike the tiny closet-like space that you could get in other Tokyo hotels. Guests said the rooms were comfortable with a good ambiance.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Extra charges for swimming pool
Watch out for the fees to use the swimming pool, sauna and gym. Several guests complained that they assumed the amenities were free until they saw the cost. They thought the hotel should provide these facilities for free.
negative:
A bit further from Tokyo attractions
The hotel is not centrally located, leading some guests to say that it was tough to get to the main Tokyo attractions. It takes a bit of walking to get to the nearest station, if you decide not to catch the shuttle. Some guests said being further away from attractions added expenses of having to ride a cab.
negative:
Restaurant is overpriced
Several guests were disappointed with the cost of the food prices on the hotel's menu. But other guests noted that there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood that you could walk to instead of eating at the hotel.
