Always outgoing and with endless enthusiasm, they oversee a wealth of activities for all ages to keep you entertained for the duration of your stay.

Reviewers struggle to choose which of the six restaurants purveys the finest food. Gourmets will be in heaven with such an array of options (including mouthwatering deserts!), awaiting you each night. Lovers of world-class sushi and sumptuous steaks might want to book seats early, to avoid disappointment!

With private pools that are accessed from your balcony, a games pool, a kids pool and a main pool with swim-up bar, there is truly somewhere for every water baby, while such an elaborate and spacious set up means swimmers always feel they have their own space.

While high service standards are normally maintained, occasional slipups sully some stays. Mix-ups with bookings, unheeded room requests, unanswered calls to reception, eye-rolling waitresses and malfunctioning key cards have all been reported, but these isolated instances are in no way indicative of the positive experience of most.

A number of guests have had their experience marred by noise. Rooms closer to the pool and main complex are more affected, as swimmers frolic loudly by day, and revellers party at night. Staff communicating loudly on walkie talkies in the early hours have infuriated some would-be-sleepers.

Some reviewers claim the breakfast buffet leaves a lot to be desired. Visitors have found some items unappetising, while other, more popular offerings are snaffled sharply, then not replenished. Guests complain of hot food being served cold, while long termers soon tire of the never-altering options.
