Many guests have commented on how easy it is to get from the airport to Naniloa Volcanoes Resort. The directions are well sign posted and easy to read. Whether you are driving in your own vehicle, or taking a cab, you won't waste precious vacation time, its only six miles between the two.

Room with an ocean view
Visitors who have been lucky enough to book a room with an ocean view have called it "awe-inspiring". Those who have woken up to the sunrise say it is totally unique and sets the scene for the rest of the day. The rooms with garden views are just as special with lush, tropical plantation.

There have been some occasions where guests have arrived at the hotel early as a result of an early flight. It has been reported that staff have been accommodating and allowed visitors to book in to their rooms early, without any inconvenience.

Major renovations
Guests have reported that Naniloa Volcanoes Resort is presently undergoing major renovations, so there is no breakfast or dinner on offer. Guests are a bit put out by the fact that only two elevators are in operation and presently no phones in the rooms. It is however reported that by January 2016 a new restaurant will be open, and renovations should be complete.

Some visitors have complained that, although the web site advertisers free Wi-Fi in the rooms, they are not able to connect. The friendly staff have confirmed that, there is in fact no free Wi-Fi at present.

If you are looking for a quiet, tranquil vacation of peace and solitude, then this might not be the perfect location for you.However this is a child-friendly hotel where many families with children do visit. If the sounds of happy kids, and loud voices does not concern you, then this should not be an issue.
