Positive Reviews
positive:
Convenient location close to many attractions.
This hotel puts you right in the middle of all the action in Ubud, which means you can easily walk to many of the major attractions that this Balinese town has to offer. The Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary is just one kilometre away.
positive:
Good level of cleanliness throughout the premises.
If you like everything to be kept spick and span you'll be right at home at this place. The whole place is neat and tidy, with housekeeping doing an excellent job of sprucing up the rooms each day.
positive:
Helpful staff make sure you're well looked after.
All the people working at this hotel are very professional and offer fantastic customer service. If you have any issues with your room the staff will fix them for you straight away without any fuss.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Small gym facilities and pool are a let down.
The facilities on offer here are a bit lacklustre to say the least. The few pieces of gym equipment are crammed into a small room and the swimming pool is far too small for everyone when the hotel is full.
negative:
Restaurant meals are not great value for money.
The dishes served in the hotel restaurant are unimaginative and overpriced, with poor quality ingredients being the nail in the coffin. Head out to one of the many great restaurants nearby for a better dining experience.
negative:
Not enough sun loungers around the swimming pool.
When the hotel is at full capacity there are simply not enough sun beds to go around all the guests. Either get up very early to secure your place or resign yourself to sitting on the decking by the edge of the pool.
