Housekeeping needs attention
Despite many favorable reviews, housekeeping seems to be unreliable in providing a high standard of cleanliness. Some guests reported mold growing in the bathroom, the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned and some of the rooms smelled musty.

Food offerings can be improved
Some guests were disappointed in the food offerings, with the buffet providing the same types of dishes daily. Some guests felt that the a la carte restaurants provided a better choice of dishes, although at times it was difficult to get a reservation.
