Positive Reviews
positive:
Accommodation a winner.
Many regular guests who had been returning for years said that they had never had a bad experiences with rooms. Accommodation provided good value for a family vacation, and there are many accounts of satisfied guests who highlighted the well-appointed kitchens, plenty of space, and spotlessly clean quarters.
positive:
Peaceful paradise.
Fresh air and mountain scenery enveloped guests with a sense of calm, and despite the resort's size, guests found that the property was very peaceful. Located beside the Saco River Trail, guests enjoyed walking and viewing birds and wildlife, and if this nature fix wasn't enough, the White Mountain National Forest was just down the road.
positive:
So much to do.
Whether simply using the in-room jacuzzi, exploring the grounds, or taking the kids to the playground and pool, guests found it hard to find the time to take advantage of the many great amenities.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Two types of service.
A few guests found that there is an emphasis on timeshare customers at Attitash Mountain Village. Some disliked that the concierge service also pitched time shares, and a few guests were discouraged by the inconsistent service that seemed to be provided to regular hotel guests.
negative:
Housekeeping hiccup.
If you like to return to a fresh room every day, you might be disappointed. Guests had to do a little more picking up after themselves, especially when they discovered that housekeeping wasn't a daily occurrence.
negative:
A small list.
A few inconveniences dampened an otherwise enjoyable stay. These included things like inconsistent Wi-Fi, connecting doorways that let in too much noise, a cold hot tub, and steep stairs that were a distinct possibility for some rooms.
