A good family hotel.

positive:
This is a non-smoking hotel.
This is a non-smoking property which is great for those who don’t imbibe and like their room smelling fresh rather than second hand smoke.
positive:
The staff is helpful.
A warm, helpful staff welcomes you at check-in and is there for the duration of your stay. They are happy to accommodate most any request and point you in the direction of places to eat and the most popular local attractions.
Negative Reviews
negative:
There are steps in the hallway.
There are steps to navigate in the hallways which can make travelling from one part of the hotel to another difficult for those with low mobility, a lot of luggage or small children in tow. If this sounds like it might be a problem for you, be sure to ask for a room where no stairs are entailed, when booking.
negative:
Things can get hot.
Premier Travel Inn Harlow doesn’t have air conditioning in the guest rooms so things can get hot in the summer months, especially on the top floor. If you are travelling in the summer, be sure to ask for a ground floor room which is a bit cooler.
negative:
Some rooms have bathtubs only.
Some guest rooms have bathtubs only and no showers, which could be problematic if you have low mobility, or if you just prefer a shower to a soak. If this is the case, be sure to state your preference when booking.
