The staff members were thought to be friendly and accommodating by most guests. Many guests found the staff members helpful and attentive.

The rooms were found to be clean and spacious with modern furnishings. Many guests especially enjoyed the nice ambiance of chic and modern in the hotel and felt at ease in their rooms. The bathrooms were also clean and modern with nice air-conditioning.

Many guests enjoyed the nice amenities that were found in the hotel such as the quick and reliable free Wi-Fi, the nice gym and pool area, and the free shuttle bus to the main street. The price for these amenities was a nice price for many guests.

Some guests found the breakfast to be more expensive than it should be. They felt the breakfast was much cheaper and tastier outside of the hotel and they felt the items presented at breakfast were not worth the price.

The location is said to be average and not ideal for some guests who saw there were many hotels that were closer to the main area. This hotel is not walking distance from this main attraction and therefore it was annoying for some to have to get public transportation.

Some guests experienced extra charges being made for their stay when they had already paid already. The reception wanted them to pay in cash and insisted they would get their money back. These guests are still waiting for their money or were shocked with the insistence.
