Motel Diane Oceanfront Suites (Hollywood, USA)

Since the motel is closely situated to the beach which is literally right outside their doorsteps, guests enjoyed not just the view of sunrise but a totally relaxing getaway experience. Different major establishments such as restaurants, bars, shopping areas, and live music from the bar are also found right next to the property.

The well-equipped rooms and huge space was extremely satisfying according to guests. The rooms were quite large and perfect for at least four people, large families or group of guests. There was also enough space for bags or luggage.

Guests appreciated the small yet fully equipped kitchenette provided on-site. The kitchens include full sized fridge, stove, microwave, coffee makers, and any other basic kitchen equipment. Guests noted that they could prepare their own home cooked meals instead of dining out.

Most previous guests were disappointed with the lack of a free on-site parking available for them. They had to pay a fixed amount for parking with an hourly rate which was expensive for those who were staying long-term. Some guests also had to move their cars a couple of times due to the lack of a fixed slot for parking and limited space.

Guests were quite dissatisfied with the overall attitude of the staff from the front desk to the housekeeping team. The receptionist was not available most of the time and they were quite unprofessional in terms of handling issues raised by the guests.

Difficulty of sleeping due to the poor quality of the beds was experienced by previous guests. The mattresses were hard while the sheets and comforter used were made of poor quality materials which had a horrible texture.
