The property is very close to the beach- just a five-minute walk and guests can reach the shoreline. There weren't much people on the beach, which many guests took as good news. Other attractions are also proximate, such as the Wildwood Boardwalk that can be reached within a 15-minute drive, and the Cape Ma which is only 30-minute drive away.
Even there are no dicing boards or water features, guests were still able to enjoy the two outdoor heated swimming pools in this property. The pool itself is clean and spacious, and there are many lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas guests can utilise to relax and unwind.
It was easily noticeable how staff members put in so much effort to make sure the resort is running smoothly. There were no complaints about the housekeeping service, and they were all quick to accommodate requests from guests.
Many guests complained that the beds were not comfortable, and that the mattresses were rock hard. Others had reported that they actually woke up with a sore back the next morning.
Aside from the poor water pressure, previous guests also had troubles with the small size of the bathroom and the lack of the towels. The complimentary toiletries were problematic as well. The bar soaps were tiny and low quality, and there were instances when the shampoo/conditioner were not provided.
There were a lot of instances when guests entered their room, only to be repulsed by the overpowering smell of bleach. They blamed it on the disinfectant used by the cleaning staff.
