The manager is top notch and he sets the standard for his staff to follow. The result is an environment where staff members can’t do enough in pursuit of your happiness and satisfaction. Arrive early, (for example) and they’ll fall over themselves to get your room ready. This isn’t an obligation, but a measure of their combined dedication to customer service.
Some guests report stained sheets and multitudinous strangers’ hairs on the bed linen, making this hotel one that they won’t return to. It’s a pity that standards seem to vary so much, because the hotel has other features that are very attractive … including the price!
The fact that there is no tea/coffee machine in the room – or indeed in the public areas – can be the only reason that they’ve chosen not to supply cups either! As for ice, now a staple requirement, just forget it and accept that other things are missing here, too.
Don’t get excited with anticipation over the pool. It really is quite tiny. Some would say ...little more than a damp patch!
