When it comes to customer service, the Mikado Hotel really shines - according to the general opinion of past guests. The staff members are considered very accommodating, responsive and friendly.

The convenient location of the hotel was a plus point for many former visitors. Many popular Hollywood attractions such as Universal Studios Hollywood and the Griffith Observatory are a short drive away from the accommodation. In addition, the ample parking means that it is supposedly simple to come and go from the hotel.

The outdoor pool area was a positive aspect for most previous guests that used the facility at the Mikado Hotel. Both the swimming pool and hot tub were seen as well-kept and an enjoyable place to reside.

Despite being reportedly well-maintained and very clean overall, numerous previous visitors have claimed that the rooms at the Mikado Hotel were showing signs of age. Furthermore, some of the bathrooms were described as cramped and overly small.

The Wi-Fi at the hotel proved to be a stressful experience for various former guests. Whilst it was not an issue for everyone, those that complained about the Wi-Fi typically stated that it was unreliable and sluggish.
