Negative Reviews
negative:
Boring Breakfast
Most guests weren't too impressed with the breakfast offered, saying it's quite boring and doesn't have a good selection to choose from. Furthermore, many items ran out quite quickly and the staff wasn't in a hurry to replace it.
negative:
Oldest Hotel
Several guests thought renovations are necessary as some rooms that were not well maintained have begun to show their age. The decor is dated and the rooms appear dark, as they lack large windows. In addition, the furniture and carpet appears worn and some guests disliked the old TV units. Cosmetic touch ups, too, would refresh the overall look.
negative:
Mis-Managed
Though most of the staff was pleasant, several guests thought the rest were poorly trained, not well-managed and not very efficient.
