MCM Eleganté Hotel & Conference Center (Beaumont, USA)

Guests really seemed to like the location of the hotel. They said that being close to the I-10 meant that it was a relatively simple matter to use it to quickly get to Beaumont and other area destinations.

The hotel provides a free shuttle not only to the nearby regional airport, but also malls and other area attractions. Guests really appreciated having this service available since it meant they could often simply leave their car safely parked and head off on the shuttle.

The pool seemed to be guest’s favorite hotel feature. They described it as being beautiful and in a well designed area, certainly not just a pool that had been added as an afterthought so the hotel could say that they had one.

A number of guests mentioned that their room was very outdated, with the decor and furniture in desperate need of a revamp.. Feedback from hotel management indicated that the rooms are being slowly renovated, a process that may be completed by summer 2016.

An extraordinary number of guests mentioned that they could not use the Wi-Fi in their room. It seems that the signal is simply not strong enough to provide full service to all the rooms in the hotel. Guests in rooms far from a router were advised to log on a reception, something they generally found unacceptable.

A number of guests reported that the bathroom in their room was very small. It was unclear whether they were so small so as to make them uncomfortable to use, but guests definitely felt that a hotel of this standard should not surprise guests with tiny bathrooms.
