positive:
Wonderful view
If you happen to get a room that overlooks the sea, then you will have a beautiful view of the ocean, as well as parts of St Helier. Guests have suggested paying the little extra for the sea view, as it enhances the overall experience.
positive:
Scrumptious food
During peak season, when the restaurant with its beautiful terrace is open, guests have said that the chef doesn't hold back at all. The dishes are tasty, and the presentation is perfect. The bonus is that the portions are huge, and guests often end up with a few left overs.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Hallways a little noisy
If you are looking forward to a peaceful night's sleep at Marina Metro, you should be aware that, according to many visitors, the passages are active during the night, and some guests have been disturbed while sleeping.
negative:
Off-season too quiet
Those travellers who have visited this hotel during the winter months have described it as very quiet, and there is no restaurant or bar open for business during that time. You will have to drive to the nearby shopping mall, St Helier, where there are a variety of eateries available.
negative:
Parking a little far
You might not notice that the parking is three streets away on a good day with lovely weather, however during the cold winter months it does seem like a bit of a far walk to the front door of the hotel. Make sure you bring your umbrella with.
