Breakfast is a tasty, well-prepared and nicely presented option.  Plentiful selection, even agreeable to personal requests and special dietary needs.

A pleasant atmosphere in city centre Limerick overlooking the sparkling River Shannon awaits, with a bar on the lower level (McGettigan's) with affordable beer prices, lively entertainment and decent bar food - perfect for a relaxing evening.  Lifts work well.  Lots of character.  Good value for the price overall.

Polite and friendly staff will work with your needs from arrival to departure to ensure optimal comfort.  Reception and housekeeping are willing to go the extra mile to prepare the room as efficiently as possible.  Charming and cheerful, this team is fantastic in all departments.  

Some felt they had to wait too long for service on busier days when the hotel appeared to be short-staffed.  After reaching the front the queue, they found the service rude and inefficient on the check-in/check-out process as well. 

Get some clarity on your room's view if you oppose looking at a car park or an alley full of trash. Smokers (especially those from the attached bar) also like to congregate near certain entrances, and if directly under your room, you may feel like you're the one doing the smoking.  Doors and keys banging and slamming during the wee hours have kept some awake as well.  Upper floors may help - bring your earplugs too.

Some felt their room was quiet outdated, dirty and had damaged amenities in need of maintenance or replacing.
