Positive Reviews
positive:
Lovely stay that makes you feel appreciated.
Everyone who works at Kingston Theatre has some sort of connection to the place, so they're personally motivated to make sure you have a great time. You're definitely and genuinely welcomed, and there's no rigid by the book routines that sometimes occur with large scale corporations. Many appreciate the individualised attention, and the greater synergy of local employees who really know the area.
positive:
Fantastic breakfast and menus to indulge in.
The menus are well received, and showcase some amazing dishes expertly prepared by skillful hands and attention. A great breakfast starts the day, filling you up with fresh ingredients that are made to order, along with continental offerings that are the best of their kind. The rest of the meal options are just as delicious.
positive:
Extremely snugly beds make for wonderful sleep.
You know a hotel bed is fabulous when you're eager to get into it, and reluctant to get out. The beds are super snugly, and deliver exactly the kind of peaceful and restful sleep that vacationers want to experience. They're considered the best part of the rooms, and help make the inn memorable.
Negative Reviews
negative:
It's annoying to have to pay to get a parking spot.
A lot of the guests don't like having to pay for parking here. Good spots are sometimes difficult to get, and enough is being paid towards the hotel, that the fee is frustrating.
negative:
Tea is surprisingly sparse and not replenished.
A minor gripe, but there isn't a lot of tea provided for the room. Oddly, it's not replenished during daily housekeeping.
negative:
Thin walls so you can easily hear conversations.
Walls are so thin that you can hear conversations that may not even have been meant to be loud. Keep that in mind about your own sound levels.
