JetPark Auckland Airport Hotel (Auckland, New Zealand)

The free airport shuttle provided was a huge plus to majority of the guests who had flights to catch. The shuttle was on time and had enough seating capacity. Guests with early morning flights were easily accommodated as its operating hours started pretty early.

The rooms are well maintained and room service is available. The bathrooms are very spacious and the water pressure and temperature controls are very good. The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel’s onsite restaurant offers plenty of choices to guests. The restaurant is quite large and can accommodate many guests at a go. The quality of the food and desserts offered is also very high.

A number of guests were of the opinion that the items served at the resturant  were greatly overpriced. Though the restaurant provides good and quality food, many felt the prices were way high.

Sound insulation appeared to be minimal according guests as noise travelled easily from room to room. Noise from the hallways at times kept guests awake. Located in an industrial area, the hotel can get pretty noisy.

The wireless internet signal was weak in some areas and nearly absent in others. Guests felt that the signal kept dropping at the most unfortunate times and this was quite a nuisance.
