Guests comment that the capsules are underground and extremely quiet although located in one of the busiest sections of the city. The soundproofing is first rate and although there are 300 capsules, the venue does not seem crowded or excessively busy. The first capsule hotel in Thailand, the complex is well designed with a diverse array of spa services, relaxing and restful sauna facilities and cosy accommodations with shared bathrooms, exercise equipment and a comfortable lounge area. The capsules are exceptionally clean, tidy and well-organised. Parking is free.
For a comfortable accommodation at an affordable price, the men-only hostel is an excellent value for the money with guests noting that they will happily recommend the venue to friends and family travelling to Patong Beach. The sand and surf, only a two-minute walk away. The hostel features meeting rooms, dormitory accommodations and well appointed shared public areas.
Several guests have commented that it somewhat of a problem because cash only is accepted at check-in. Credit cards are accepted upon proof of identity and card company authorization.
