Positive Reviews
positive:
The hotel's alive with the Sound of Music.
Guests loved being able to get to know the von Trapp's villa, mentioning that they found the staff members and particularly their daily tours to be helpful in telling the building's stories. On top of this, the hotel is said to be very charming, clean and elegantly decorated in the style of the period of the film, but just keep in mind that the famous movie was not actually filmed at this villa and that there is Ikea-branded furniture throughout.

Close to trains, free parking and lovely area.
This hotel is said to be very close to a train station, giving easy access to central Salzburg, in addition to a short walk away from supermarkets, and those who enjoy a decent walk can apparently also head downtown on foot from here. On top of this, the neighbourhood and grounds are said to be lovely and peaceful, and there is free parking available.
