Odd Staff Members
Some guests did not have a nice experience with the staff members calling them out on their horrible customer service. The reception took too long to check-in, various mishaps that are unusual for a hotel such as wrong directions for the surounding areas of the hotel.

Tourist Attractions Far Away
Some guests found that the tourist attractions were a bit too far away by car and taxi. The public transport is not ideal for most guests who preferred to use cars to get to the tourist places. These places took at least a half an hour drive from the hotel.
