Hotel Victory Inn & Suites (Phoenix, USA)

Situated just off of the interstate and close to a multitude of attractions, those who booked this hotel commended it above all it for its good location.

Many found the red stucco exterior of this hotel particularly striking. Once inside, many guests were also pleased to find comfy mattresses as well as decent bathrooms.

Those who found themselves without accommodation in Phoenix were pleased at the ease with which they were able to book here. Late-booking guests in particular felt this hotel to be good value for money.

There were real concerns over housekeeping here. A number of guests reported dirty walls and floors as well as stained carpets, sheets and towels. While the bathrooms here appear to be in an overall good condition, many guests reported dripping taps and faucets.

While some reported an overall excellent customer service experience, a number of guests have commented that they were treated rather rudely by staff. Also, some of those who reserved in advance experienced problems with staff locating their booking. Finally, quite a few guests said that they experienced an extended check-in process, with room readiness being an issue.

Loud for some, non-existent for others, a number of guests commented that they had issues with air conditioning here. Those staying in the summer found the Phoenix heat to be unbearable in these conditions and this, of course, had a negative impact on their time here. Many also reported problems using and connecting with the property's Wi-Fi.
