positive:
An old world hotel full of character and charm.
The art deco design of this building is enough to make it stand out from the crowd. Built in 1931, the hotel has been carefully restored and thoughtfully arranged on the inside to provide an elegant old world experience.
positive:
Cheerful staff deliver top notch customer service.
Everyone working at this hotel is well trained and professional, always willing to lend a hand if you need any assistance. Whatever requests you may have, no matter how big or small, will be dealt with politely by the staff.
Negative Reviews
negative:
The complimentary breakfast is very poor indeed.
This hotel does offer a complimentary breakfast, but they also offer add-ons to bulk up your morning meal. The initial offering is very small and basic indeed, so for a satisfying breakfast you'll need to spend more cash.
negative:
Terrible Wi-Fi policy imposes a strict data limit.
You are only provided with a limited amount of free data from the Wi-Fi connection here, and after you use up that data you will have to pay to continue using the Wi-Fi. Management need to change this money-grabbing policy.
negative:
The soundproofing between the rooms is very poor.
Being such an old building this hotel suffers from inadequate soundproofing, which means trying to get a good night's sleep could prove harder than you think. Noise from adjacent rooms and even noise coming from outside can be disturbing.
