Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms are tired.
Some guests feel that the rooms are past their best and need a refurbishment. This includes the general decoration and the facilities in the room such as the televisions.
negative:
Steep hill nearby.
Although close to the Open Air Theatre it is approximately ten minutes’ walk away and up a steep hill, which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
negative:
Rooms not inspected.
Guests have mentioned that at quiet times the rooms are obviously cleaned when a guest leaves, but then are not inspected between then and a new guest arriving. It has been suggested that if rooms are empty for a period of time the owners need to ensure they check them and make sure they are refreshed ready for use.
