Great room decoration
A number of guests with young children were very happy with the decorations in the kid’s bedrooms. They mentioned that the walls were painted or wallpapered with Disney characters and that their children absolutely loved them. They seemed to get them into the holiday spirit.

It will come as no surprise that most of the guests were headed to Walt Disney World and other theme parks at some point during their trip. They reported that the Disney entrance and parking was just a short drive way – perhaps 10 minutes give or

Fantastic private swimming pool
Quite a number of guests were very impressed with the private swimming pool. It seems that some where even unaware they would be in a unit with one, so it was a very pleasant surprise and allowed them to take the heat of the blazing hot summer days.

Not really set up for larger parties
It was mentioned that, while the marketing materials state that the units can accommodate up to six guests, those with five or six in their party felt with that it was bit crowded and that not enough plates, towels and so on were supplied for six guests.

Check in and support could be better
A number of guests felt the booking and check in procedure could be improved. Since there is no permanent staff onsite, guests had to work through agents, which they said should have offered better customer service.

Several guests said they experienced various maintenance and general upkeep problems in their unit. Finding stained carpets which needed to be replaced was a relatively common complaint.
