In need of redecoration? Coming right up.
Many guests have mentioned that rooms and common areas are in need of an upgrade, and despite being clean and with fitting decor, were found to look rather dated. As of mid-2015 some rooms had already been refurbished and further works were due.
negative:
Expensive for what you get.
Given the previous point, a few guests found their stay to be more expensive than they considered was worth paying.
negative:
No Wi-Fi in rooms.
Although the Wi-Fi is only meant for the common areas of the hotel, some guests were very unhappy to discover that it did not extend to the bedrooms.
