positive:
Real Traditional Charm
The hotel is saturated with real world charm and tradition. The staff make every effort to maintain the custom of the hotel with linen tablecloths, authentic silver cutlery, and antique furnishings. It's lovely, cozy, and you will be enchanted by the décor.
positive:
Breakfast Fit For Royalty
The inn serves a complimentary breakfast and they don't mess around either. The breakfast is always fresh, no leftovers! In fact, they serve breakfast a few times during the morning to makes sure you don't get leftovers, even if you come late. It's thoughtful and classy.
positive:
Super Convenient Location
You are right around the corner from the park in the middle of town. A grocery store is adjacent on the corner. On one part of Broadway are the fast food places like McDonalds and Subway and on the other end are the more special dining places serving fish, specialty bagels, and more. Specialty shops selling clothing, horse memorabilia, and other things are along the main street.

Is It Old Cool Or Old Blah?
Sure, the hotel is old and has nostalgia and all of that good stuff, but some parts need upgrading like the bathroom and carpet. You can overlook it due to its charm, but for how long?.
negative:
Bed With Acoustics
The bed appears really comfortable, but its squeaky! It can get on your nerves too. You move your foot, there's a squeak coming from somewhere. It's annoying at best and you just want it to go away. Make sure you're in good shape too. The beds are high off the floor. You have to literally be an athletic to climb in.
negative:
Too Slow And Too Late
The lobby is a bit small and the elevator is slow as a tree sloth. The bar could be a bit more hospitable and some say the food service finishes too early.
