The hotel is just 1.8 miles away from the sandy Sheringham Beach which has been awarded the Blue Flag and is very popular with holidaymakers. Guests also appreciated being close to Sheringham Park, famous for its rhododendrons and azaleas.

Some guests were disappointed to find that their room did not have a nice view but instead was overlooking the car park. If you are keen on having a picturesque view, make sure you mention it to the staff before booking.

The service at breakfast time was described as quite disappointing as some guests had to wait longer than expected in order to get their meals. Some complained that there were too few staff on hand to deal with various requests and queries.
