Negative Reviews
negative:
Worn Out Hotel
The first impression by some guests was that the hotel
needed a much overdue facelift. The place is described as old, the walls need a
new paint coat and air-conditioning is too noisy. The bathroom facilities need
a new plumbing fix and the furnishings are old-fashioned.
negative:
No Shuttle or Help for People with Disabilities
The resort does not offer a particular shuttle bus to any of the nearby attractions like the shopping area or the town's centre. In fact, some people thought the hotel in itself to be unsuitable for people with disabilities. There are no particular elevators and guests had to walk up and down the stairs.
negative:
No Steps or Path to Beach
Some guests were disappointed to find out there were no steps to take down to the beach or any particular path that leads people there. It is actually not right by the beach but a bit of a walking distance which was also a bit annoying to guests who thought the beach was next to building.
