Hotel Super 8 by Wyndham Pueblo (Pueblo, USA)

Guests loved that the rooms were very clean and well-maintained. They had all the basic amenities required to ensure a comfortable stay. The nice furnishings were also relatively new and dusted well. Towels and bed linen were also clean and changed regularly.

The staff members were very helpful and friendly. Most of the guests were very appreciative of the house keeping staff and front desk staff. They knew their job very well and were extremely efficient.  Politeness and positive attitude were the plus points of the staff.

As per many guests, this place is ideal for an affordable yet comfortable stay. Even the pet fee was very reasonable as compared to many other places. Guests did not have to worry about paying through their nose and could comfortably spend a couple of days here.

The Wi-Fi connection was very erratic and kept disconnecting time and again. It was less than 1Mbps as per the guests who were there for a business trip and wanted to work online.

The thin walls of the rooms had very poor quality sound insulation. Guests could hear all the conversation happening in the next room. Some of them could also hear squeaky beds above their rooms. Flushing of toilets in the rooms above felt as if the water would come down the ceiling. Hearing people walk in the hallway late at night disturbed the sleep of many guests.

Most of the guests felt that the breakfast had very little choice and a better spread would have been more appetizing.
