Located close to the city centre, apartment block is within a 15-minute walk of Sundhollin swimming pool and the Hallgrimskirkja cathedral. For those who like to stroll through the streets, the Reykjavik City Hall, Reykjavik Botanical Garden and the National Museum of Iceland can be reached within 30-minutes' walk.

Misleading photos don't match the actual rooms
Some guests arrived to find that the rooms they had been given did not match with the photos presented online. Complaints included that the rooms were much smaller than had been shown in the photos and some were basement rooms with tiny windows and poor lighting.

A number of guests reported that the cleanliness of the rooms needed attention. Complaints included that the rooms smelled unpleasantly and needed to be aired out, the bathrooms were poorly cleaned as were some kitchen items, hair and dust could be found throughout the apartments and mould was also found to be growing on the walls.
