Some guests reported that upon arrival to St. Edmundsbury, they were met by unprofessional and unwelcoming staff who seemed annoyed by their arrival. Also reported was issues with bookings, unfriendly staff who are unresponsive to guests' needs, intrusive staff who ask too many personal questions, long waits to be checked in, issues that go unresolved and staff who don't offer an apology when things go wrong.
