positive:
Great value for exploring an expensive city
Accommodations are decent, considering they're in an expensive city. With perks such as free meals, onsite activities, and sightseeing events through the hostel, you can save money to go towards your own explorations and pursuits.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms are too cramped and bathrooms aren't clean
Between guests not always cleaning up after themselves and inconsistent housekeeping, the bathrooms often leave much to be desired. In addition to being unclean, the fixtures are shoddy, and could use a makeover. The rooms are tight on free space, and can be uncomfortable when filled to capacity.
negative:
Free dinners are not available for everyone
The dinners often fall short of demand, so you could stand in line and not get anything because the food has run out. The best thing to do is to not rely on it, and have back-up plans and money if needed.
negative:
Spotty Wi-Fi and too much noise are disruptive
Even though the hostel is promoted and known for its party atmosphere, the noise seemingly never dies down. It's frustrating when you are ready to go to sleep! An unreliable Wi-Fi signal also dampens the mood, since you may have to go elsewhere to stay in touch online.
