The guest rooms are cleaned daily by the very friendly and efficient cleaning staff. The bed and other furniture is very comfortable and you are able to relax whilst visiting.

The food is sometimes bland and not cooked the way you requested it. The breakfast hour is very rigid and the staff are unwilling to make special arrangements for guests who want earlier or later breakfasts.
The reception at this hotel is not 24-hour and the staff do not wait to welcome guests who arrive later than the closing time. Some guests found this very inconvenient as they were left to find their own rooms or they could not get the staff to help them with anything they needed.
