Hotel Sky Casa Airport (Casablanca, Morocco)

Even though the hotel is located near the airport, the location was very quiet and peaceful. Most guests were able to sleep comfortably since there was no loud noise from outside.

The rooms are found to be clean and airy by most guests. It was nice for them to find their rooms clean and comfortable while they awaited their flight. The rooms are nicely appointed and the furnishings elegant. It was nice to find free fruit and water.

The hotel is in a convenient location near the airport, about six kilometres, and therefore is perfect for guests who wanted to be close to the airport and not too close to the city bustle in Casablanca. The airport shuttle is also conveniently available for guests.

The staff speak little to no English. This made it very difficult to communicate with the staff for most guests, and it was annoying to not understand each other. They would have liked to have some more communication.

The Wi-Fi is said to be of bad quality by some guests who were not able to connect to the Internet from their rooms. Although the hotel advertises free Wi-Fi, there wasn't any or worked on and off.

Some guests were disappointed with the quality of the food the restaurant offers. Some guests would have liked more Moroccan dishes while others thought the quality was really bad. The hours of operation are also limited and also the food is expensive.
