Guests loved the design of the spacious suites. Steam showers and decorations of Swarovski crystals looked beautiful. There was a beautiful sparkle in the bathrooms because of the crystals. Rooms are lovely and the large double bed with warm duvets is comfortable. The living room with a fireplace looked like the perfect romantic place for couples. Spectacular views of the mountains from the balcony were loved by the guests.
The wellness area consists of the sauna, hot tub and other spa services. Most of the guests found the massages to be very relaxing and rejuvenating. Guests loved the Hammam bath too. The staff members were very professional and well-trained. They went out of their way to make the guests feel at home.
The hotel is centrally located and is close to the railway station, supermarkets, shopping malls and congress station. Guests could attend the English mass every Sunday in the Catholic Basilica Church located close by. There are many restaurants and bars at a walking distance from the hotel.
The hotel got very noisy because of the blaring music playing at the bar downstairs. The noise of the traffic across the street also contributes a lot to high noise levels.
The Wi-Fi connection was very patchy making it impossible to check emails and stay online for any other work, say guests.
Guests were very disappointed to find that there was no free parking. Moreover, there was a lot of confusion with parking in spite of having to pay quite a significant amount for it.
