Hotel Scala (Treviso, Italy)

Most guests appreciated having the free parking available as it made it comfortable to not worry about the fees or where to park their car. It was a nice amenity to have.

The staff and owners of the hotel were found to be helpful individuals who were very professional in taking care of guests. They were able to answer most questions in a friendly manner. Their availability was very much appreciated.

Most guests mentioned that their rooms were lovely accommodations with comfortable furnishings like the beds. The décor was lovely and charming, while the cleanliness was found to be top notch.

The air-conditioning was not regulated by the guests themselves but by the reception, it is a system that was switched on and off by reception. Some found this to be annoying as they were the ones staying in the rooms.

The Wi-Fi was found to be a weak amenity for guests in the hotel who were annoyed that the signal was so weak. They were not able to do normal Internet activities because the Internet would go on and off.

Some guests warn, if you don't have your own car it is difficult to find the hotel to be in an ideal location. The centre of Treviso was too far for them, and they needed to take public transportation which was not ideal. The hotel is in a normal neighbourhood but is not surrounded by city attractions.
