Rumah Kita is situated in Kalibaru, East Java, which is easily accessible by car, train or bus along the main road from Ketapang (ferry to Bali) and Surabaya/Malang. Rumah Kita is a small scale hotel/guesthouse, situated in a big garden with swimming pool and a beautiful view on the rice fields and the volcano Gunung Raung, Rumah Kita has only 5 rooms and its own restaurant. All rooms are very spacious and have their own bathroom with toilet and hot water shower and a sitting area inside the room as well as outside on the terrace.. All staff are local and they run their own businesses: restaurant, laundry services, trips, etc. In the direct surroundings beautiful hikes can be made. Trips can be make to one of the coffee-, rubber- and cocoa plantations, Kawah Ijen volcano (Blue Fire) or one of the other 4 National Parks, like Meru Betiri with its Sukamade turtle beach, jungle and plantations and Alas Purwo and Baluran Nat. Parks, and of course various small trips in the village. We can arrange for you transport by train, or private car to and from Bromo, Surabaya, Malang, ferry (to Bali) and all place in Bali. And of course all trips.
